Very thorough home inspection. Always there on time or a lot earlier than the appointment scheduled time. I will keep using them, would be nice to get some sort of decent discount after X amount of home inspections with them, hopefully they consider that for strong recurring customers in the future. I was even able to pick the brain of one of the licensed home inspectors since I am considering a part-time position somewhere as a HI once I settle in a home in Chicago next year if that's possible just so I can learn more about homes and he was very helpful thanks! Fantastic company. Keen eye to detail. We were hesitant because our new home was built back in the 1900’s, but Vinnie didn’t miss a thing! Very knowledgeable of older homes and took his time where it was needed the most. All the staff are very helpful in scheduling and making sure your needs are met!
