Team member arrived on time, explained findings and concerns and took time to define answers and suggestions pleasantly polite and considering the events is a big plus.

My inspector was Tim and he made me feel comfortable with this process. He took the time to explain everything to me and completed a thorough report. I gave 5 stars because the two issues I had were small: 1). In this pandemic, White Glove insisted I not show up to to inspection of a home I would like to purchase (that’s a very big investment!) but had no alternative way for me to see, in real time, what the inspector was inspecting. A video call should have been an option. 2). Additionally, Tim expressed the importance of completing this survey but did not tell me White Glove’s survey was a choice in star amount and a public review. While I would hire Tim again, White Glove leaves something to be desired by way of processes that cater to their clients instead of themselves.

They provide you with the most detailed reports! Would recommend them to anyone. They are also very responsive and inform you every step of the way
