Inspection went good, Paul went through each section slowly and efficiently. Told us what needed fixing. We were told the house was a good investment and that it was worth the price. Unfortunately we had an electrician look over our report and said that with everything found it would be a +20k worth of work. So not so much a great investment unless those were all fixed. We do plan in using white glove in the future if we don't get this home but will definitely have an electrician tell us if it's worth the price or not.
