I cannot express how happy I was with my inspection. From setting up the appointment to the actual inspection, the whole experience was painless, straightforward, professional and informative.

The Client Care Coordinators, Jackie/Cole/Millie/ Jillian (I talked to them all though multiple calls) all were very kind and patient during the set up even with the extra time I needed to make sure scheduling worked with my relator. They offered me plenty of times to set up the appointment which worked around my schedule perfectly.

The inspector, Roy, was a treat to work with as well. He was humorous, informative, and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Not only that but he offered great suggestions to solve problems in the home without breaking my wallet.
