I got a membership from this gym because they also offer hot yoga, however, there are only 2 classes per day and it’s always fully booked! You can book it on their app but it immediately gets fully booked in less than a minute of them opening the slot. This also applies to the other group classes that they offer as well, in my opinion it’s not worth it to pay extra for the group classes. It’s ridiculous, if you want to do hot yoga just get a membership at a yoga studio instead. The gym is also 3 floors high but for some reason it still feels cramped and muggy.

This gym advertises as being open 24/7, but its NOT. This gym is closed on holidays. Christmas and New Years - closed. It advertises as being open 24/7, but it's not.

Update: After the review was posted Jeremey reached out to me. And everything got solved.

The gym is good. The ride is awesome and so is the Zumba. But whatever you do dont do the kickoff session. Everything was so sketchy and mis understood. So after you sign you see the contract!!

I loved spending the last 8 months training with Micaiah! She’s the one of the best parts of Crunch RR, along with childcare which is a life saver. If you are a parent and need a break to work on yourself in peace, come check this place out!

No soliciting means no soliciting! I encourage readers to look up the history of gym memberships. If you sign up to this place, good luck canceling if and when you decide to. Given their marketing tactics, I don't think this place is going to be different than other gyms.

I went here for a year and it was fine but when it came time to move to another gym I tried to cancel. The only way to cancel is to physically go into a location or send a certified letter. This is nonsense. It's 2024, we should be able to cancel through the app or email or phone. They do this to obviously try to delay your cancellation. Any time a company does this I lose all trust for them.
