Crunch Round Rock

I love Crunch Fitness RR! I have been a member now for over 2 years! They have great fitness classes and one of my favorite instructors is Charmaine Yates-Enriquez! I love her "35 in 30" class, "Cardio Tai Boxing" class, "Top It Off" class, and her "Looped In" class!

My body has made a transformation of sorts when I started taking her classes. It's a bustling gym, yet a close tight knit team of friendly and talented staff.

I was a visitor from out of state and I witnessed A Crunch Trainer named Micaiah Wenc working on a crunch members shoulder impingement. I later asked her if she could help me with my impingements & Two days later my painful appointment arrived! Micaiah totally blew me away with her knowledge of the human body and her ability to attack and treat the areas that have been giving me grief. My recovery on the impingements have been accelerated by 75% or more (it’s only been maybe 1 week since her treatment of stretching, application of intense pressure and prescribed exercises, but the impingements are almost gone…she worked a miracle!!!!
