Staff is very friendly. Members were great about sanitizing equipment after each use. They have a diverse group of members and plenty of machines. Smelled nice inside and temperature was comfortable.

Clean, plenty of treadmills. People put things back!

Great gym, multiple cardio and weight machines. No need to wait in the mornings.

I starting working out with Shaneen at the end of May and the experience has been amazing. I was looking for a trainer that would help me be accountable and push me past my limits safely. She takes the time to go over my eating habits, activity levels outside the gym and discuss what goals I want to reach while on my health journey. She's firm when needed and will call me out when she sees im not at 100% and will chat and make me laugh to distract me when I want to give up, that motivates me to do better. I can see my body slightly changing, and Im making better food choices under her guidance. Even though the thought of no juices, sodas, breads and pastas are driving me crazy, she's helped me find better alternatives. I look forward to the next 10 months, Im about to crush this!!!
