once a week, my brother and i meet with our personal trainer, jaidon. he is very personable and efficient with our workouts. my brother and i are both very happy with the progress we've been making so far and after each 30-minute session, we leave feeling challenged and stronger !

I absolutely love this gym! The environment is clean, motivating, and full of positive energy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the childcare service is amazing — it makes it so much easier for parents to stay consistent with their workouts knowing their kids are safe and happy.

I also want to highlight my trainer, Jaidon — he’s been an incredible part of my fitness journey. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. After having a baby, he customized my workouts to help me rebuild strength safely, improve my body composition, and regain my confidence. I’ve seen real progress and feel stronger every week thanks to his guidance and encouragement.
