If Crunch Round Rock ever gives out awards, Miranda at the front desk deserves ALL of them. I’m talking Employee of the Month, Year, Decade, maybe even “Best Human Greeting Machine.”

Every time I walk in, she hits me with the perfect combo of professionalism and “I actually like my job,” which is extremely rare in the wild. She remembers faces, answers every question like she wrote the Crunch handbook herself, and somehow makes checking in feel like VIP access even though I’m just a regular dude trying to get my pump in.

Also, her energy is undefeated. I walk in half-asleep, questioning my life choices, and boom Miranda hits me with a smile and suddenly I feel like maybe today is the day I finally hit PRs. She sets the tone for the whole gym.

Crunch, if you’re reading this: protect Miranda at all costs. Give her a raise, a trophy, and maybe her...
