once a week, my brother and i meet with our personal trainer, jaidon. he is very personable and efficient with our workouts. my brother and i are both very happy with the progress we've been making so far and after each 30-minute session, we leave feeling challenged and stronger !

I absolutely love this gym! The environment is clean, motivating, and full of positive energy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the childcare service is amazing — it makes it so much easier for parents to stay consistent with their workouts knowing their kids are safe and happy.

I also want to highlight my trainer, Jaidon — he’s been an incredible part of my fitness journey. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. After having a baby, he customized my workouts to help me rebuild strength safely, improve my body composition, and regain my confidence.
