Reading these reviews after my insurance company’s contractor service assigned Unlimited Restoration to be our contractor for restoration of our home and rental house after severe flooding from Hurricane Ian made me feel confident we had made a good choice. Unfortunately our experience was far different from the reviews I read. We did not interact with any of the people mentioned in the reviews. The drywall/texture crew that was sent to our houses was inexperienced and not supervised. The quality of work was terrible. They did not protect our floors and got texture droppings and drywall dust all over the floors, appliances, switches and outlets. They left a mountain of trash and construction debris, including food waste, piled in our carport for weeks. The foreman, Daniel, was great. They had a little problem with my insurance company at first, but once the estimate was complete the work got done quickly and professionally. Daniel has great customer service and tried to make everything the way I wanted.

Ismael and his team provided efficient, quality work. They had great communication through the restoration process and we are very happy with the end results.

Unlimited Restoration, inc was recommended to me by my insurance company. They did an amazing job on our bathroom after we discovered mold behind the shower wall. The work was detailed and amazing and the communication was great every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about Ishmael, Robert and their team. Talk about professional, courteous and friendly. All the things you want in a tough mold/reconstruction situation. Highly recommend using these guys.
