My wife saw Monika for a few months before we moved away from the area, and here’s what she has to say about her experience:

Monika is an incredibly talented physical therapist. Over the years I’ve seen at least a dozen PTs, but none has blended technical expertise, creativity, deep listening, and intuition like Monika. My midwife recommended Monika to me during my last pregnancy, and I wish I’d made it a priority to see her sooner. Even though I waited until postpartum to schedule my first appointment, Monika helped my body heal and recover much more quickly from labor than if I had left it to its own timeline, and I left every session feeling at least 10x better than when I’d walked in. Aside from her skill, Monika is also a very kind person and I always felt like she truly cared about how I was doing not just as a body but as a full human being. Thank you, Monika!

I am so lucky to have been connected with this program when I was at around 4 months pregnant with my first baby. At that moment I was just getting over my first trimester woes, and ready to get active again, but in a way that was less intensive than before.
Through the training program and Monika's 1-1 guidance, I felt stronger every day both mentally and physically and went on to do some really exciting things right up until giving birth just 2 months ago.. Including compete in a nationally broadcast singing competition! I also continued teaching dance until month 8. All of these elements of my life really kept me in the most positive spirit possible leading up to giving birth, and they are still pumping...

Monika is a longtime friend and former physical therapy classmate. She is not only exceedingly compassionate, but innovative and intelligent which is why I chose to enroll in her Train4birth program. I appreciate her creativity and the “think outside of the box” approach. She was always available to answer my countless questions and guide me through the pregnancy journey. My delivery did not go anywhere near as planned resulting in an unexpected c-section. Train4Birth helped so much as I was preparing for my first child! I loved all of the exercises with video demonstrations and all of the practical advice - like how to use cupping to clear a clogged milk duct and prevent mastitis. In a larger sense, Train4Birth gave me confidence. I wanted and was able to have an unmedicated birth, and the resources provided in the T4B course helped me accomplish this goal. I listened to podcasts and did another birth class online, and these other resources were overwhelmingly geared towards the delivery. Train4Birth is special because it isn't about prepping you for the one event of giving birth. It promotes a healthy mindset and body for your entire pregnancy and beyond. I am very grateful I took the Train4Birth course!

Monika was such a blessing to have for this pregnancy. I had a lot of pelvic floor issues after my first birth and was very worried about the same things happening again this time around. I started her program at the beginning of my second trimester and I am sure it made a huge difference! I didn’t get bored with them and it wasn’t overwhelming trying to complete three workouts a week, it was the perfect amount. My birth was significantly easier. I am one week out post partum and so far have none of the same issues I had with my first birth. I highly recommend Monika. Not only is she knowledgeable she is so kind and supportive!
