Titan Restoration of AZ does just an awesome job. Our condo had been destroyed because of a tenant committing suicide inside. They came in, literally took over, and helped us in choosing all new flooring, cabinets, etc to restore it back to as if it was brand new. They were timely, checked it, and worked hard to keep our costs down. I would recommend them for the smallest to the biggest job one might have. They won’t disappoint! Read more >

We appreciated how quickly they came out by the fans to dry the walls and take the dry wall and base boards off. Then we thought that someone would be out to put the
kitchen corner back the way it was before but was told that they can't have anyone out until next Monday May 14, because everyone is too busy. We have been waiting

Overall Titan was easy to work with. However, In providing us with an estimate of a bathroom shower restoration they neglected to tell us that the glass was not considered part of the restoration? If we had known this we would not have gone with their service as they had by far the highest estimate for the work and at the time of the estimate we were under the impression that everything in the shower would be completely restored for that estimate price. So then having to add the glass made the completion cost considerably higher. On the plus side the work was done on a rental property and the tenant was difficult to work with and Titan worked around it very well. Being a rental also meant as the owners we couldn’t be there to see the work so we had to rely pictures taken by Titan workers which also proved difficult to get. I very much enjoyed the class, and learning about all aspects of the restoration process, Mr. Jon Thom went through with us. He was very informative and gave a lot of insight into how to educate, create, and provide the best handling of a water loss situation. Mr. Jon Thom made the class very fun, interactive, and provided excellent example of real life events. I have highly recommended this calls to me co-workers, and look forward in being able to attend again in the future!
