From beginning to end it was a hassle. No follow through at all. During our one job I think 3 different people either quit or got fired. It's a shame as we manage almost 200 rental properties and would have loved to work with a reasonable, responsive restoration company. I still cannot get over the fact that your emergency team blamed the delays on weather. You advertise a 24/7 response, no? Even State Farm thought your company was outrageous, disorganized, and unprofessional. I especially liked the calls at the end demanding the last $1300. The only reason they are even getting one star is because I could not write this review without giving them something. We have been put out for 3 months now. When Beau first came out, we were told the job would take a month. Longer than we would have liked but understandable. We are now at month 3 with no completion. We had a flood. Our kitchen was ripped out. No lower cabinets, no kitchen sink, no main bath sink. It took 2 months just to get the carpet installation completed. We have been given numerous timelines of when we could expect the work to be completed and yet we are still waiting. False claims about a key missing from a lockbox, which has been in there since they left it, or no shows with no explanation. When we call, no answer, no return calls. Continually being ignored. The mold remediation was very informative. Although our secession was the last of the day and seemed a bit rushed, the instructor allowed ample time for questions. He was very knowledgeable, and kept terms simple to understand. I must say though that as usual a class taught by a specialist does always have a sales element to it.
