Here's the deal...Titan is the "middle-man" and they will contract your work out to a 3rd party. In other words, the repairmen coming to your home to do the work/repair do not work for Titan.
At least that was our experience. If you already know that, great, but I did not know that nor was I told by Titan that this is what we could expect.

Our initial visit with Brian from Titan was very professional. He speaks English and is very presentable. He put together our bid and we proceeded forward and hired Titan.

During our visit, Brian kept referring to "his roofer" so I assumed his roofer was another Titan employee...not so!!
