We used Titan Restoration to fix our home in Gilbert, AZ when we had a leak. They came out very quickly within an hour, looked at the damage, & set up fans & equipment to dry. They also worked with my insurance to get the damaged carpet, paint, & drywall replaced. I was very happy with how quickly they came to our home, the estimator communicated with us the whole time, returned our calls & worked well with our insurance to be sure everything that was ruined was covered. We had a major leak in our slab. We had been saving for a remodel to fix issues an older house has. Since this happened, we stepped up our timetable and went with Titan. Work began and we began to see a pattern that would remain through the project. There was little to no supervision, tasks had to be torn out and redone, we did not pass our nail inspection, receiving calls back were nil, framing was never completed, my husband finished some of the work, the few times the super was there my husband had to explain the plans to him, the windows were not framed as they were told to, the wrong sliding glass door and 4 windows were not ordered to plans, and we have been sitting with lumber debris in our yard for a month. They finally took back their scaffolding after many calls and weeks of time. I must admit the crew has been redpectful, thoughtful and no theft has occured. Read more >

Titan Restoration completed our home remediation superbly and ahead of schedule. The work performed was thorough and efficient. Our project manager, Brandon, provided excellent communication - laying out a day-by-day schedule, keeping us updated on progress, and responding to our questions and requests very quickly. We dealt with multiple contracting companies during this project. Receiving quality work and professionalism should be a given - but, unfortunately, that's often not the case. We had very poor experiences with other companies. Titan stands tall for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and integrity in addition to expertise and the respect they showed us and our property.
