Home buyers inspection

We had a contract to purchase an existing home and after seeing cracks in walls we decided to get an engineering report. Tommy came out and did a great job explaining his findings in terms that we could understand. We were very please with the written report and the overall customer experience.

Thomas and Stephenie were very responsive and were even able to accommodate a last minute scheduling which required a two day turn around. Punctual and report was provided as promised. Definitely will be using TEC for future inquiries.

Randy did the inspection on a property I am considering purchasing. He was punctual and kept me posted through texts. I asked him to meet me at the conclusion of inspection. He did so and explained everything to me. He was very thorough and professional. He was extremely polite and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend him and this company. They may not be the least expensive, but they are incredibly thorough!

Thomas Engineering is experienced and professional. They understand how the soils affect the foundation and if the foundation truly needs repaired and where. They are the best!

I used TEC for my home inspection prior to buying a home and they were fantastic. I was assigned Chris Grozier and he was incredibly thorough in his inspection and his attention to detail was incredible (and that's coming from someone who has high attention to detail 😉). Unfortunately the first house I put an offer in on was not what I expected, but Chris' inspection gave me peace of mind and helped me dodge a bullet! I used him again for another house and got a thumbs up. As a result, I have incredibly high confidence that the issues discovered are the vast majority of things that need to be addressed and that I won't have any major surprises when I move in!

When I scheduled both inspections, I spoke with Stephanie and she was incredibly helpful with getting me scheduled and making sure I had what I needed.

Hopefully I won't need an inspector again any time...
