Wow! Tommy came out to my home after a foundation repair company came out. They said that they would have to install multiple piers to support the foundation costing about $12k! Tommy came out and determined that while a repair was necessary, it didn't need the extensive repair that was recommended. He outlined a plan, and I received two more bids based on it. The final cost was $5k. I saved $7k by calling Tommy first! What a savior!

I cannot stress enough, how important it is to have your own independent engineering study done that is not related to, or done by the foundation company. There are many different ways a foundation company can cut corners justified by their own study. Tommy will do a comprehensive study and explain to you what needs to be done to have your foundation repaired, if in fact, you have foundation issues.

Thomas Engineering came out to my sister's new home based on the recommendation of a foundation repair company.
