Mr. Reed arrived early, was very professional, and went above and beyond during our home inspection. Mr. Reed was extremely thorough and took the time to go over every detail of the inspection, along with his findings. TEC did the inspection on the new home I am purchasing Justin was the inspector and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me the items of concern and he answered all of my questions. The report was very clear and concise and I also appreciated the engineering drawing showing the elevation deviations in our new home. I highly recommend TEC.

I called and made an appointment. They showed up on time and listened to my concerns. They measured and evaluated my situation and explained what needed to be done now.

Justin and Carmen were great. Justin arrived on time and kept us updated by text so I could work without interruptions, but still be kept up-to-date. Justin’s recommendations were specific and easy to understand. We had the roof replaced on the house we bought based on his recommendations and will correct some drainage issues ourselves after we move in to our new house. Justin and Carmen were quick to respond to questions and were very pleasant to work with.
