Tommy LaLonde and his staff at TEC were professional, prompt, prepared and complete in making the engineering evaluation of the property I was considering for purchase. The foundation evaluation was performed using the most current electronic equipment for determination of level and the overall inspection was thorough and exactly what I needed. Tommy arrived on site and took the time to walk the property with me and explain the various areas of concern. He also described a mitigation plan that would be required to solve some drainage issues due to a natural spring. He even spoke with contractor while we were there together to obtain a ball park cost for the necessary construction. Unfortunately, even the low end of the ballpark was well outside my price range and I passed on the purchase.
