I used TEC for my home inspection prior to buying a home and they were fantastic. I was assigned Chris Grozier and he was incredibly thorough in his inspection and his attention to detail was incredible (and that's coming from someone who has high attention to detail 😉). Unfortunately the first house I put an offer in on was not what I expected, but Chris' inspection gave me peace of mind and helped me dodge a bullet! I used him again for another house and got a thumbs up. As a result, I have incredibly high confidence that the issues discovered are the vast majority of things that need to be addressed and that I won't have any major surprises when I move in!

When I scheduled both inspections, I spoke with Stephanie and she was incredibly helpful with getting me scheduled and making sure I had what I needed.

I wanted to make sure it was worth it to keep my rental property up. I didn't want a sales pitch from a foundation repair company or advice from a plumbing tech so I called TEC. They were very professional and checked my foundation and compared it to a previous report from several years ago. They were able to explain how the technology worked and I was able to see that my foundation was doing well. They gave me several ideas to keep the foundation in good shape including fixing the corner "pops," patching exposed rebar, drainage away from the house, and use of gutters and drip lines.
