Our contractor, Brett Hoffman, had recommended Thomas Engineering as a highly skilled and straight-talking independent firm. We now see why. Chris was punctual, friendly and conducted his analysis with great professionalism and attention to detail. He welcomed my questions and took time to share invaluable insights into what he was doing and why. I learned much about our house. Our little dog, Finnegan, who reads people well, loved Chris. We look forward to TEC's report and feel we will be able to move forward with our remodeling project with confidence in guidance from TEC's findings.

Thomas Engineering Consultants are professional and explained all of the steps they were taking in my evaluation of my home. They asked for any information I may have had regarding previous repairs to my home ahead of time so they were prepared when they arrived. The report was prompt and easy to read and Mr LaLonde was available for any additional questions I had. I feel this gives me a good report on my home going forward to correct the issues on my home. Definitely would recommend TEC.

Stephanie at Thomas engineering was excellent at explaining the value of getting an engineering opinion for a 95 year-old pier & beam structure. She was able to coordinate and schedule a same day service call with Jared. Tommy also arrived to evaluate the structure and was generous in providing professional opinion and insight. As a realtor and residential property investor I recommend investing in the facts of your home with an engineering report before being “sold” on unknowns from a foundation repair business.
