Absolutely outstanding service. Clear, competent, unbiased advice from a company that has nothing to gain by recommending (for example) the installation of piers that you don't need or equipment that doesn't do the job properly, because all they do is the engineering inspection. We've already saved thousands of dollars by having the wise advice necessary to NOT have remedial work done that didn't need doing, when the original inspector (who also installs piers) recommended (guess what) piers that would have done more harm than good. Since the original consultation, I've probably called Tommy Lalonde half a dozen times, and he's spent at least an hour or more advising me by phone or email, for which he didn't charge me a cent. I hired the engineer at TEC to check my home when I was trying to sell it because of some concerns that buyers had about some cracking in the walls and other symptoms of movement. They did an evaluation and gave me a professional report stating that there were no needs for foundation repair or anything of the sort.
