Thomas Engineering Consultants

Recently I discovered several gaps in the exxterior walls of my brick home, plus I had several doors that would not close completely. I hired Thomas Engineering Consultants to evaluate my foundation. The Thomas team arrived promptly. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. After their inspection I received a verbal report. Several days later I received a very thorough written report with specific findings and recommendations for suggested remedies. The engineer was available to answer my many questions about the report. I highly recommend that anyone with foundation problems make their first phone call to Thomas Engineering.

Had to get an engineering report on short notice to buy a house. TEC got it done within one day, sent the report after hours and accepted my call on a Saturday to discuss the findings. Excellent.

Thomas Engineering came to my home the next day to help me. They were very courteous and professional, and they gave a prompt, unbiased opinion of the condition of my property.

My experience with Thomas Engineering was a very positive one. My request for an evaluation was scheduled within a few days. Jared (?) was the initial surveyor on the scene. It was a very polite young man who answered my questions thoroughly. He was respectful of my property and made me feel very at ease. Tommy showed up a little later and went over the initial findings. He was also a very personable individual and willing to answer any questions and offer suggestions. The written report was received earlier than expected and contained greater detail than the verbal review we had. This was my first hire of a structural engineer, and although I don't have anything to compare it with, I was pleased with the encounter and outcome. I cannot comment on the pricing as I have no other work to compare it to.

TEC was great to work with. We had a tight schedule due to the buyer option period and they were able to show up the same day we called.
