I started having what I thought was significant foundation issues and called Thomas Engineering to come give me the "dreaded news". From the initial phone call until the end report was exceptionally professional. The young lady that answered the phone was polite and answered all of my questions. The appointment was scheduled at my convenience. A text came the day before and Tommy called the day of the appointment and let me know he was on his way. The inspection was thorough and thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought. The price was affordable and the report was delivered to my email within 3 days.
