There are many reasons to give praise to TEC. First the friendly administrative staff was extremely knowledgeable and detailing the process and their services prior to scheduling an appointment. Communication was exceptional with the prompt email confirming set appointment and a questionnaire about my property that is being evaluated. The questionaire provided some background for the TEC team. In addition, Jared (TEC engineer) sent text about expected time of arrival for the appointment. The final report included many suggestions to help minimize shifting of foundation minus pier install since house has not moved to require such a drastic change. Implementing these TEC recommendations I hope to save thousands dollars in future foundation repair. Thank you TEC!

The Engineer confirmed the appointment time in advance and was prompt in arrival.
He was very professional and thorough. Tommy also stopped by while the Engineer was still on site so that he could review the information collected, and add his own visual perspective.

The report was detailed and provided the necessary information for me to make an informed decision on how to solve our structural problems. Thankfully, foundation work is not necessary.
We will need to have our home tested for sub-slab water leak and also look into foundation watering system.

This may be the first time I have used TEC at my own home, but I have used them twice before for relatives trying to sell their homes and have referred TEC to two friends.
