My experience with Thomas Engineering was a very positive one. My request for an evaluation was scheduled within a few days. Jared (?) was the initial surveyor on the scene. It was a very polite young man who answered my questions thoroughly. He was respectful of my property and made me feel very at ease. Tommy showed up a little later and went over the initial findings. He was also a very personable individual and willing to answer any questions and offer suggestions. The written report was received earlier than expected and contained greater detail than the verbal review we had. This was my first hire of a structural engineer, and although I don't have anything to compare it with, I was pleased with the encounter and outcome. We got a detailed report about a week later with their findings as well as recommendations for solutions to our various issues.
