While purchasing an older home, during the home inspection, it was recommended we have a formal foundation inspection. We called Thomas Engineering. They were able to get us in and inspected the same day, 2 hours after initial contact was made, with a clean report same day as well. I highly recommend Thomas Engineering for foundation inspection needs over a foundation company whom would try and sell you repairs that may not be needed.

Recently I discovered several gaps in the exxterior walls of my brick home, plus I had several doors that would not close completely. I hired Thomas Engineering Consultants to evaluate my foundation. The Thomas team arrived promptly. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. After their inspection I received a verbal report. Several days later I received a very thorough written report with specific findings and recommendations for suggested remedies.
