Awesome experience. We were concerned about our foundation on our house that had previous structure issues and wanted a second opinion. We were also concerned about drainage issues. Thomas really outdid himself. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars, but he also saved my life. Long story short, the seller of the house I was going to buy hired their own structural engineer that stated in a simple 3 page report that the house met the city of Dallas guidelines and drew the house plan with squiggly lines. Of course I did not trust the seller provided foundation inspection, so I hired Thomas and guess what he found? $8,000 plus dollars of major foundation damage! The foundation damage that Thomas found does not meet the Association of Civil Engineer guidelines which overrides the city guidelines.
