Thomas Engineering is quick to respond and to deliver its Engineering report. As a RE agent I’ve used them over 10 years. Better to be safe than sorry.

Our back yard needed to be regraded for proper drainage after years of dirt washing in from neighbors' yards. TEC did a great job of design to correct the drainage issues. The work was started quickly and completed quickly. The quality of the work was top notch.
