Highly recommend TEC. Obviously it's not great news that I had to call them to get an inspection for an 8 month old house, but they've been great. They responded and came out quickly to do the inspection, and I had the report in a week. Thomas was personally available late into the night for phone calls regarding questions I had about it and helpful in determining the best course of action to take for getting repairs.

Jared notified me by text when he was within 45 minutes of arriving for our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, showed his credentials, and explained what his work process would be along with the estimated time involved. He presented an impressive air of relaxed professionalism. He was both focused on the job at hand and attentive to my questions and concerns.
