Chris was amazing and thorough with the inspection. There were things that we never would have caught when buying our new house. He went over everything with us and made sure we understood everything he was telling us.

Thomas Engineering really came through for us during our home buying process. We needed someone to come out ASAP to check on the structural integrity of the home and TE was able to send an engineer out on the next business day. The report came back later that day. We wanted a report of our drainage along side our foundation inspection and didn’t receive one. I believe we ordered one and also made our desire known during the day of inspection. 1806 Woodridge. Our option period ends Friday at 5pm and would like a report (or something that could advise us) asap. -Ryan
