Jared was extremely friendly and accommodating while I moved my dogs around so he could perform a thorough inspection. I felt I had a very professional evaluation done. The engineer was able to answer my questions and I appreciate his thoroughness. I anticipate a report that will be very helpful.

The experience was overall good. My only complaint was that the report was NOT to be shared with the buyer's agent and it was. I was asked specifically if I wanted it shared, and I replied that I did not. By the time the report was provided, that buyer had already opted out.

Contacted Thomas Engineering about the home we placed on the market. A potential buyer had a foundation company do a free estimate on the home foundation. Of course, the foundation report showed over $10,000 in repairs. Since the home had foundation work done 5-6 years ago, we decided on an engineer inspection for an honest and accurate assessment of our home. We hired Thomas Engineering to make an assessment. Jared was the inspector and his report came back stating their recommendation was not to do foundation work. Definitely saved us a lot of money and peace of mind to have an engineer assess our property. Thomas Engineer report was very thorough and done in a timely manner.
