I highly recommend TEC. They are absolute lifesavers! I was having foundation issues & had problems because each estimate eas for a different scope of work..... We were getting quotes all over the place.... from "You don't need any foundation work" to "You need $20k in foundation work"....

Then I brought TEC in. They were able to give me a Engineering plan that I was able to then shop around & get the same estimate from each company. This allowed a true Apples to Apples comparison. The foundation company even gave me a discount for having my own engineers report.

Jared called to say he was on his way. We discussed what i saw as issues and what he was going to do as far as taking measurements. I had questions and he answered them and indicated if I have more questions, get them ready for when I speak to Thomas once the report is sent to me. Very pleasant and knowledgeable young man.
