Everyone I came in contact with at Thomas Engineering was great. They were able to get me an appointment quickly, sent out reminders a couple days before, and even sent me an ETA the morning of the appointment. Tommy was fantastic! He was very thorough. He sat and listened to all of my concerns and was understanding of all the things that were important to me. He never tried to sell me on anything. Recommended changes that were very doable instead of spending thousands and thousands of dollars. I really appreciate all of the help Thomas Engineering gave my family and I. Thank You.
