Contacted Thomas Engineering about the home we placed on the market. A potential buyer had a foundation company do a free estimate on the home foundation. Of course, the foundation report showed over $10,000 in repairs. Since the home had foundation work done 5-6 years ago, we decided on an engineer inspection for an honest and accurate assessment of our home. We hired Thomas Engineering to make an assessment. Jared was the inspector and his report came back stating their recommendation was not to do foundation work.
