The initial review is pretty thorough. Provided background on what causes certain damages. My biggest complaint is the lack of transparency. The “initial” and “final” were communicated as a if they were a one cost deal. Charged 600 and so we got the work done to the foundation. Then called for the final review then said it would be an ADDITIONAL 395. Absolutely insane! Just checking measurements of how high the foundation changed, how is that worth 395? I specifically asked if there was a final check covered and was not told of the additional 395 charge. TTN Engineering charged 500 with the final included so 600 didn’t sound out of the ordinary.
