Thomas Engineering was very helpful and answered all my questions. Anytime I would call they were very professional, honest, and I’m very glad I chose them for my home. I contacted TEC for a foundation inspection on a home I was looking to buy. They were able to inspect that same afternoon and we had the report that night. Thankfully there were no immediate concerns but the inspection was worth the peace of mind. Overall very happy with their service!

At this time, I did not need foundation work. Will try to address drainage and soil issues first. By having Thomas Engineering Consultants do an evaluation first, I have possibly saved thousands of dollars.

Great experience with Thomas Engineering. I selected and contacted Thomas Engineering based on realtor's recommended list. Called and set an appointment a couple of weeks out. Received a couple of emails requesting input on known issues and reminder of appointment. Thomas Engineering confirmed appointment on the day before appointment. Engineering tech arrived on time, explained process, assured us that Thomas would arrive momentarily and started gathering data. Thomas arrived, inspected house consulted with tech. Thomas and tech explained how they would analyze the data and send report via email. This appointment was early morning. Received email with report late that afternoon. Thomas Engineering people represented themselves professionally and were courteous. Report included expected recommendations for repair, actions for future care, and lists of recommended service companies to...
