Katie Grant takes her profession seriously! She works like she is part of the family! We had several roadblocks trying to make this deal, and Katie was diligent to stay on top of it, keeping us (who live out of state) apprised of everything that was happening in a timely manner. I truly believe if it weren't for her diligence and negotiation ability, this deal would not have been concluded.
There were issues with the unit we desired to purchase, and Katie was able to get the seller to address them. There were issues with the selling agent, who didn't seem to care whether the place was sold or not, and Katie was able to motivate the selling agent into action.
