While everyone's home buying experience is a bit different, there are certain elements for a real estate team to employ which will lead to a successful closing. My agent, Katie was able to demonstrate a clear understanding of my needs and was willing to make herself available even during the restraints imposed by the current pandemic, without pressure selling. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable and empathetic. The closing coordinator, Robin, exercised tremendous knowledge and understanding of the complete process and employed excellent communication throughout the entire closing process. My particular experience became extremely demanding from the sellers side of the process but Katie and Robin were there every step of the way to advocate for me and to perform the necessary tasks to get me to closing on time. Thanks to my great team at Sisson, a happy ending was achieved.
