We worked with Greg and his team in selling our property in Myrtle Beach, S.C. When Greg approached us on listing the property, he presented us with comps in the surrounding area as well as his rationale in coming up with the final listing price. We saw no flaws in his logic and agreed to his suggested price.

As he was preparing to leave, we told him that we were leaving for Florida by the weekend and he casually suggested that he might have the condo sold before we got to Florida. He was going to have pictures of the condo taken by the photographer on Monday morning and the property will be on the multi-list that afternoon.
