Josh Bullard was amazing!!! We were relocating from Maryland to Surfside. We weren't quite sure what we wanted or where we wanted to be located. Since we weren't close, we often relied on Josh to help us weed out houses and eventually figure out where we wanted to be. Josh would often facetime and make videos of houses that peaked our interest. We began working with him in the fall and then once we knew when we could relocate, we spoke almost daily.
