I don't know where to begin with stating how much of a pleasure it was working with Bryan. I contacted Bryan through an internet search, and he immediately returned my call. Bryan's enthusiasm, knowledge and listening to our needs was impressive from the start. Having owned homes in the Myrtle Beach area in the past my wife and I knew the approximate area, price range, and amenities we were looking for. We flew in on a Friday night and met Bryan Saturday morning at a Starbucks. Bryan had set up appointments at six different new developments based on our requests.
