I was blessed to be hooked up with Natalia Guyton in my journey to find my perfect condo in Myrtle Beach. First of all, she listened to what my request were so there was no time wasting as she knew the local market incredibly well, making appointments for showings happen promptly, multiple in one day as I was on a time crunch coming from 600 miles away. Natalia also made all the paperwork painless and very quickly so we wouldn't miss out on the property I wanted, dealing with all the little snafus along the way. If you get a chance to work with her, GRAB IT! You will be in great hands.

Josh Bullard was amazing!!! We were relocating from Maryland to Surfside. We weren't quite sure what we wanted or where we wanted to be located. Since we weren't close, we often relied on Josh to help us weed out houses and eventually figure out where we wanted to be. Josh would often facetime and make videos of houses that peaked our interest. We began working with him in the fall and then once we knew when we could relocate, we spoke almost daily. I highly recommend Josh and his team!!!
