I was selling and buying a home at the same time. It was exteremly stressful and very overwhelming. In this situation I had to have 2 realtors one for selling and one for buying. My buying realtor was absolutley amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. He acted like he knew us for years, was very informative, listened to all my concerns and issues and even when it wasn't his part in that role he still reached out and was on top of every text or call I sent to him. Josh Bullard went above and beyond for me and made sure the house I we picked was truley the right one and no underlined suprises. We have 2 male cane corsos so having a yard to fence in, newly build home, 2 stories, garage and a low/not strict HOA was very important for us. He took everything we asked for and gave us a beautiful home we now are moved in and settling in. Even after moving in we had a few issues...
