We have known and used Greg Sisson's team since 2005. In that time, we have bought and/or sold properties with Greg (7 times).
We have bought and/or sold properties when the market was up and (sometimes) down. Through it all, Greg assisted us to make the best deal to suit our needs at that point in time.
