I don't even know where to start. I interviewed via phone over 12 brokers in the Grand Strand. I had almost given up until I spoke to Greg Sisson. You see, I was responsible for selling the family beach home which has been in my family all my life. After my parents passed I had to sell all their properties. I instantly felt a comfort with Greg, he listened, he understood my situation, and better, he understood the market! I slept on it a few nights and realized, Greg was who I would list the family home with, I trusted him (and I have a pretty good gut). He was excited about the prospect of working with me and seemed to like the property (that matters!).
