We bought our current home through the Greg Sisson Team back in 2020. It was a very easy and smooth process. Recently, we attended their Sellers Seminar. It was very informative and a relaxed atmosphere. Lasted about an hour. Although we've owned two homes, as well as I've worked in the mortgage for many years, I still learned something new and found the seminar very interesting. Also made connections with others that attended.
They also offered a light meal / snacks. The agent, Kristin Slocki, is very helpful and kind. She will go above and beyond to help you with anything. We would definitely recommend this company for your homes needs.

Robin was professional and compassionate, and most eager to help. We live out of state and Robin saw to it personally that things were managed and put eyes on our place knowing we could not. Robin kept us informed always and was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The Greg Sisson team runs like a well oiled machine!!! No surprise to us as this was our 2nd home sale with them.

Natalia Guyton and her team (in particular Robin Peterson) were first-class all the way. Natalia went above and beyond to show me all the properties that met my criteria in Myrtle Beach even though there were more than initially expected. She was thorough in her research and professional in her manner. She's very knowledgeable about the different areas in Myrtle and also now an expert in short-term rentals in that area (including which resorts/condos allow them and what amenities are excluded for each). From property showings to price negotiation to contract nuances she does/knows it all. And once we were under contract her closing coordinator Robin Peterson was also first-class/extremely helpful all the way.
