Alight Wellness

Admittedly so, I was skeptical about this program. But after working through the first two weeks I started noticing changes. Clothing was getting looser, blood pressure was decreasing, joint pain started easing. Now three months in I’m back riding my bike to work and feel so much better than before. This team is 100% here to help you succeed. They truly care about what they do and will encourage you every step towards your better self. Do not hesitate to make this decision. Start your journey today!!

The most transformational 6 months of my life and a worthy investment in my health. Dr Tanya Hudson and her team were just as much invested in my health and wellbeing as me or my family. They gave time and lent support to make the much needed mindset shift, to truly understand that long term health goals are achieved not overnight but with sustained lifestyle changes. The hand holding and professional guidance for learning to enjoy my exercise routines, to make it second nature to choose wisely and eat healthfully, has helped make the whole experience surpass all expectations. I learnt that the only numbers that mattered were on my bloodwork and labs and not the weighing scale or calories. I feel confident that by staying consistent with the life changing habits and being mindful of my choices I will continue to gain my health and vitality back in the months ahead.

Literally a life-changing program. I'm an educated professional who let my health take a backseat to my career and parenting. I needed Dr. Hudson and her team to be my unbiased expert, advocate and cheerleader for how I can use nutrition and supplements to feel and look better. Five months in, and no question this was money well-spent. If you're ready to make a change in life, in my experience, this program is authentic, of great value, and is run by genuine people who want to help others.

Highly recommend! Dr Hudson and the staff are great. The holistic approach to health is much better than pharmaceuticals. They listen and support participants throughout the process.

I am truly grateful for the six-month program I completed with Dr. Hudson and her wonderful team at Alight Wellness. Frustrated by the medical community's emphasis on medication and its lack of focus on prevention, coupled with the conflicting information about food, exercise, and mental health, discovering this opportunity was a turning point for me.

After recently turning 60, I was dealing with weight gain, brain fog, poor sleep, high cholesterol, exhaustion and mood swings. To my surprise, I learned I have osteoporosis, something I never anticipated. Thanks to Dr. Hudson’s suggestion, I agreed to a bone scan—an easy test I likely wouldn’t have pursued on my own. I’m grateful I found out!

Dr. Hudson truly cares for her patients' well-being and it comes through in everything she does! It is so evident how much she deeply wants everyone to experience the health and vitality of life! I was struggling with low energy and really just feeling like this was how I was going to feel for the rest of my life. Her and her team went right to work putting together a great plan, offering accountability, great resources, and encouragement. Everyone on the team is A++ and with beautiful hearts that want to serve. If you are concerned about the price, it pales in comparison to the value of feeling good for the rest of your life, the missed hospital bills, the low energy. It is worth every penny and more!

If you came to a medical professional looking to improve your health and well-being, you would want someone who sees you as a whole person with a heart and story, not just a prescription subscription or a row on a spreadsheet. You would want someone who will get to the root cause of the issue, not just chase symptoms or work off of a checklist. With the team at Alight Wellness, you will be seen, heard and cared for compassionately as an individual and will be challenged to partner with them to make the kind of long term health, diet and lifestyle changes that require commitment but deliver results. This certainly has been my wife's and my experience. The two of us started working with the Alight Wellness team this fall and both of us experiences the kind of weight loss and improved energy changes that we were looking for. If you're serious about wanting to make life changes that will...
