Alight Wellness

The Alight Wellness team is truly unlike any medical practice I’ve been to. From the moment I joined, they made me feel like their only patient. The personal welcome video and consistent, thoughtful communication immediately made me feel supported and valued.

I’ve struggled for years with weight and health issues due to previous medical trauma, and I had honestly resigned myself to feeling terrible. Finding Alight changed everything. In just four months, they’ve done more for my health than years of traditional medicine ever did. They listen carefully to every concern and always respond with compassion and a clear plan.

I highly recommend Alight Wellness to anyone wanting to optimize their health and finally feel good in their body. Dr. Hudson, Dr. Rhodes, Laura, and Chris have been incredible providers and teachers on my journey toward better health. I’m...

I started 6 months ago. There is not enough room for all i can say about the positive, kind, caring relationships that greeted me, built trust and helped support the journey that awaited me. I will continue with them as I valued the experience so much. I was not able to do this on my own for so long. I challenge anyone who wants help to get it with Alight Wellness, it works, it is worth it. You will see a difference in your life that you haven't been able to get on your own-
Support=priceless

Trust this process. It worked for me and there were no gimmicks, just sound nutritional, mindfulness, physical fitness, and other therapy advice and guidance. Real doctors follow your blood work, just as nutrition and health coaches guide you. The entire team keeps you wrapped in provided weekly supportive sessions, daily physical, mental, and emotional support classes and gatherings inside and outside the clinic. I reached my weight loss goal and my get healthier goal by following the provided food plan, learning the whys and hows behind it and took my customized and provided supplements as prescribed. Before starting the program, my base weight of 158 lbs had been steadily climbing from 135 lbs for years. I know everybody is different, but I am still so surprised how easy it was to feel so much better, energized, motivated, and healthier with some meditation, daily walks, and...

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Alight Wellness because it has truly meant so much to me. I found them through an Instagram post where Dr. Hudson described symptoms that sounded exactly like me. I was always tired, struggling with my blood sugar, and feeling stuck with my weight so I decided to attend an informational meeting. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and knew this program was a good fit. Yes, it was a financial investment, but more importantly it was an investment in myself. Working with Dr. Rhodes was a wonderful experience. She is bright, thorough, down-to-earth, funny, and genuinely collaborative in helping me reach my health goals. The coaching sessions with Laura were supportive and encouraging, and Dr. Hudson, who works alongside Dr. Rhodes, is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The workouts,...

I started my life changing journey with the Alight team, Dr Hudson, Dr Rhodes, Laura and. Chris in October 2025 . The Alight program is a commitment that I made for health and wellbeing and I am not disappointed . I no longer have joint pain, my heart palpitations have stopped, better sleep and mood. This isn’t a diet it is a commitment and life changing journey that traditional medicine can’t touch. I encourage anyone who reads this to take the first step and reach out to the Alight team to change your health and change your mindset around what it means to be healthy, I know I am grateful I did❤️ PS I am also losing weight in a healthy way!

My experience with Alight Wellness over the past 9 months has been truly life-changing. I began my journey with them feeling so depleted and as though nobody was hearing me when I described the symptoms I had been experiencing over the previous 3 years. But Dr. Rhodes, Dr. Hudson and their team not only listen, but take action! I can attest to their compassion, professionalism and expertise - my health, as well as my understanding of it, has benefitted so greatly from this wonderful team and I am excited to continue this journey with them.

I recently finished my program with Alight Wellness and met all my goals by reaching my target weight, lowering my blood sugar levels so I'm no longer prediabetic, getting my hormones in check and learned better nutrition habits.

I also want to add that for my specific health goals, Dr Hudson recommended I have a bone density test done. I'm not that young but not that old either. I was found to have osteopenia. My bone density is lower than normal but not yet advanced to osteoporosis. Under normal circumstances, this test is done around the age of 65. That's a few years ahead of me. Had I not had this test done early on, who knows where I would be by the time I'm 65. We caught it early on so now I can do something about it through diet and exercise. Even the technician administering the test stated that the naturopaths have a better handle on this than most...
