Alight Wellness

I found Alight Wellness while scrolling late one night (when I should have been sleeping). It was an IG ad offering a free wellness seminar. It talked about chronic pain and illness, was close to home so I figured I had very little to lose.
The seminar itself was held in a very welcoming space—I could see a weight rack in the background, and I found the disco ball hanging from the ceiling to be particularly interesting. What I learned that night about how Alight Wellness came to be and about its founder, Dr. Hudson, made me want to explore this further. Consequently, I signed up for a complete wellness appointment. From the moment I walked into the office for the first time, I felt cared for. I feel like each person in Alight Wellness has a personal stake in my healthful success. Dr. Hudson is so knowledgeable and I appreciate each talk she delivers. The program I was in was well organized using written and video information. The staff was easily accessible if I needed help. My favorite part of the program is the camaraderie of both staff members and fellow program participants at the workout classes and hikes. I have enjoyed the benefits of Alight Wellness so much that I signed up to be a VIP . I haven’t felt this well and good for many years.

I spent the last 6/7 😂 months working with the team at Alight wellness. I say it that way because I felt they were never far from me. Every single team member, from the front office to the private consultations, felt like they were supporting me, rooting for my success in the program, and they were. This for me was the most important thing about Alight Wellness …not the program itself but that they become like a friend/ advocate/ guide, helper even, as you go thru the program. It made all the difference having the support- cos then you can do anything!! And I did!

My wife and I started the journey with Alight as a fact finding mission and skeptics for sure. During the presentation, it became apparent to both of us this was a way of life rather than another promise unkept diet regime. That was refreshing. We asked in-depth questons important to us which were answered with honesty and positivity that we had not experienced before. My husband and I joined the Alight in November 2025. Initially, I was skeptical about what they could do better. I am 10years postmenopausal and still trying to figure out what was wrong with me. The hot flashes, brain fog, anxiety, and unexplained weight gain had a massive impact on my confidence and self-worth. My husband encouraged me to join the Alight wellness program. I came to Alight with a lot of baggage related to my health. I was struggling with feeling helpless and like I didn’t have the answers I wanted related to my health issues. Alight helped me feel empowered and gave me the tools I needed to take my health into my own hands. Dr. Hudson and Staff are extremely caring and supportive beyond belief! I went to an Alight Wellness hormone seminar with weight issues, inflammation and mood swings. They provide you with all the tools you need to get and stay on track with lots of accountability check-ins. Not only did I lose 17 pounds, I learned how to meal plan and eat properly for the long haul. Changing my diet helped improve my inflammation, stomach issues and mood. Apparently, I was "much more pleasant to be around" per my husband :-) I love their wide range of options from workouts both inside and out (trail hikes, etc.) to vision boarding classes, mindset meetups and dance parties. My journey with Alight began with a seminar advertised on Instagram covering inflammation, belly fat and hormonal balance. Overall, we found the education, coaching and program framework to be immensely beneficial and it helped us make changes to not just our diet, but lifestyle in general.
