The Goddard School - Spring Garden, Philadelphia

The GS is a rhizomatic environment where kids have a safe and clean space to learn and develop with other kids and staff who support them and other staff at all stages of child’s growth and development. Teachers are flexible and attentive. Principal, Assistant Principal and owner are thoughtful, kind and down to earth directly involved in all aspects of school’s functioning and success.

Our son has been treated like family here. The owners and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I cannot say enough great things about this Goddard school. Where do I even start - the staff! Just an incredible group of people who are always positive and cheerful. As a whole, the staff ensures all kids feel welcome and have a smooth transition to starting "school", plans fun activities, communicates well (posting pictures throughout the day), and accommodates working parents. I am always met with a "yes" to any request, phones are always answered, and every situation is handled appropriately (i.e if there is an illness going around). The facility itself is very clean with all toys, book, etc well kept and updated often. And most importantly, my son loves being there and has fun! A BIG kudos to the Spring Garden Goddard School in Philadelphia for being outstanding.

Goddard Spring Garden has been a safe, caring, educational space for our little one over the past year. The teachers are excellent and he is so happy to go every day. Would highly recommend.

Our son has been at the Goddard School (Spring Garden) since he was six months old. We have had a wonderful experience and truly feel lucky that he has built relationships with such wonderful and caring teachers and friends during his time there. We have seen him flourish in the classes that he has been in through his time at Goddard, and we feel confident that he is safe and loved while in their care. We would not hesitate to recommend the school to other parents.

Our son has some special health circumstances that require vigilance and attention to detail. They have accepted the challenge and are passing with flying colors. We've had a fantastic experience at Goddard. The school is organized and well-run and the teachers are fantastic. Our son LOVES his teacher and talks about her constantly. I always feel like our son is in good hands--he is safe, cared for, and seems to be learning new things every day!
