We had Spectrum inspect our home we were purchasing. The inspector was amazing, he let us know of many issues including foundation issues... needless to say we decided to walk out of the purchase.

1 week later we found a new home and called Spectrum again. They are so diligent and professional. When completed they sent over his report with all the pictures he took and explained exactly what was noted in the report.

It was very clear, concise, and left no questions unanswered.

Great company with personable staff....I have been working with them for years! Lynn and Alina are always very quick to respond to any emails or calls and always manage to squeeze those urgent inspections in (quick close). The inspectors are top notch and are always willing to spend extra time to talk with buyers and to answer any questions they may have.
