The inspector did a thorough inspection and explained to me every minor defect of the property and most importantly explained the ones that needed immediate attention. I highly recommend their services.

Inspector was a retired firefighter that identified, explained in detail each minor and serious hazard(s) found.

I am not familiar with looking into inspectors. This company was recommended to me by my realtor. I looked at a few online and they had the best reviews. I am happy that I choice them, the guy who inspected my new condo looked into everything very carefully and gave a real good detail inspection. My mom also called him for reassurance if we were making the right choice. He kindly told her yes house is in great condition. Thank you again & I definitely recommend.
